The HWAUT QDB-3A is an actuator tester with TFT color display for diagnosing and directly controlling components in vehicle systems. Combines multiple functions: PWM signal generation, control of stepper motors, sensor signal simulation and voltage/resistance measurements.
Controls actuators directly — solenoid valves, injectors, idle air control motors and coils. Features a variable voltage output from 1.25V to 14.5V and can simulate signals for pressure, flow and fuel rail pressure sensors. Test components independently from the vehicle system without needing multiple separate test devices.

- PWM control (2-wire): Testing solenoid valves and solenoid injectors.
- Stepper motor control: Idle air control motors, instrument cluster motors and urea pump stepper motors.
- PWM signal generation (3-wire): Control of 3-wire urea pump motors, 3-wire coils and electronic cooling fans.
- Sensor simulation: Air conditioning pressure sensors, rail pressure sensors, flow sensors.
- Coil control: Direct control and monitoring of coils.
- Multimeter function: DC voltage up to 30V and resistance up to 1MΩ.
- Adjustable voltage output: 1.25V to 14.5V for powering components.
